Returns and Exchanges

For peace of mind and confidence in our products, we offer the following returns policy. We want you to be 100% happy with your CopperLily purchase. We know it can be tricky when purchasing footwear online, however please refer to our size chart for guidelines to help you find your correct fit.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@copperlily.com.au to let us know if you would prefer an exchange, a store credit, or a refund (only applicable on full price items), and we will gladly process your request upon receiving the returned items.

Return process:

1. Please email info@copperlily.com.au and include your order number, full name on the order and the reason for return. We will gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:
- When trying on our shoes, please do so on soft surfaces before they are worn. We will not accept shoes returned with sole or upper-sole markings or scratches;
- Shoes must be returned in the shoe box in their original condition.
2. We will send you a return authorisation email, approving the return with shipping details attached.
3. Once approved, please use secure packaging to ensure no damage during shipment. Shoes must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
4. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the quality and go ahead with either your refund, exchange or store credit. Refunds will be made using original payment method used for purchase.

Damaged / Incorrect Items:

If the items delivered to you were incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email info@copperlily.com.au so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Kindly note:

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, however we do accept exchanges for different sizes or store credits (subject to our return policy mentioned above).

As a small business, unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse located in Gold Coast (QLD). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shiped.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Standard shipping 2 - 4 business days. (same state)

Standard interstate 3 - 6 business days.

Express shipping 1 - 2 business days (same state)

Express interstate 1 - 3 business days.

Care for your leather shoes

Leather is a natural material which is durable and flexible and will mould to the shape of your foot, giving your feet extra comfort and support. One of the biggest benefits of leather shoes is they are durable and withstand the test of time. Quality leather stays strong against demanding work environments meaning the shoes will last much longer.

To clean your leather shoe’s use a soft damp cloth. (Do not use any detergents) Do not spot clean, rather clean the whole area. Because the material is breathable, leather products aren’t difficult to dry either after they have been cleaned, however please do not leave them in the direct sun to dry, the leather will harden. Avoid walking in puddles.
